PMC Building was established in 1986 as a specialist brick and block sub contractor by the current Managing Director Paul Coulthard. Over the past 20 years PMC have grown to a company with a turnover of up to £3M pa. We have built a reputation in industry for being a quality provider of construction services and have successfully delivered hundreds of projects.


The projects that we have delivered over the years have included commercial, residential, retail, large scale PFI & PPP projects, MoD contracts and partnering and framework contracts with Tesco in conjunction with Taylor Woodrow and other main contractors.
